Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect and handle your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Sessions and Payment for Sessions

• All sessions must be paid in full via our website, PayPal, or electronic bank transfer prior to booking.
• Once payment is received, you will be contacted within 24–48 hours to schedule your session.
• Most clients can expect their session to be scheduled within one week of payment. If you have any concerns, or if you feel you need a session sooner, you can also email us ahead of time to see our availability before booking. However, payment must be received first for us to officially book you in.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Refunds for Sessions

Your scheduled session time is held exclusively for you and begins at the agreed time. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the end time agreed upon when booking.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to a different day and time. We do not issue refunds for sessions.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling, unless due to a verified emergency. Emergencies are defined as sudden and serious events such as acute illness (e.g., flu, injury, or a hospital visit), unexpected caregiving responsibilities, power outages, or natural disruptions (e.g., flooding, severe weather). Emergencies do not include changing your plans, work conflicts, or forgetting your session time.

Sessions will not be rescheduled for missed appointments, last-minute change-of-mind, or non-emergency cancellations. Out of respect for our time together, we ask that cancellations be reserved for genuine emergencies or acute health concerns. If you’re uncertain, please reach out—emergencies are reviewed case by case with care and compassion.

Client Responsibilities for Sessions, Classes and Online Events

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, and setting up a private, quiet space for their session.

Courses and Digital Access

You may enroll in our courses and special events with a one-time payment, or an approved, contracted payment plan. Due to the digital nature of course materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. In the case of our 5 month Elemental Magick course you will have up to 2 weeks from the start of the start date of the course, to ask for a full refund, after which time the sale will then be considered final and no refunds will be given.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to sign and honour a contract for the duration of the payment plan and commit to completing all payments, regardless of your course completion status. Payment plans are a convenience, not a conditional subscription. All scheduled payments must be completed in full and on time.

All course related services ( email support, text support, online group calls and/or 1:1 sessions) are offered for the duration of the course. There will be no roll overs or date extensions.

If payments are missed or discontinued:

Course access will be paused or removed until payment is resolved.

Certification, if applicable, will not be issued until the payment agreement is fulfilled.

Digital courses include a downloadable manual and supporting materials, along with “lifetime” access to course videos and content. “Lifetime” refers to the duration the course remains hosted on the platform.

Aria’s Holistic reserves the right to retire or remove a course at any time after your official training is completed, due to:

• Platform changes or infrastructure limitations
• Curriculum updates or content restructuring
• Legal or licensing considerations
• Shifts in our educational direction 

If a course is scheduled to be removed, all students with access to the course content will be notified at least 30 days in advance whenever possible, and will retain access to all downloadable materials. Please keep your email current with us!

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, and connected to any aspect of this website, including but not limited to course materials, written guides, and audio recordings, video recordings, is the intellectual property of Aria’s Holistic.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any content from Aria’s Holistic.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
